Introduction
Work The Numbers is an independent lottery-information project. You can browse results, educational material, and analytical tools without creating an account or providing your name or email address.
This policy applies to information collected when you visit the site, submit feedback, request alerts, or deliberately use a participation feature.
Information We Collect
Information you choose to provide
If you use the feedback form, the submission includes the category you select and the message you write. You may also provide an email address, but it is optional.
A feedback submission may also include the page from which it was sent and basic technical information such as your IP address. This context can help investigate a data question, diagnose a reported problem, and protect the feedback service from abuse.
Information collected when you visit
Providers that host and deliver the site may receive standard request information, such as an IP address, browser or device details, requested pages, referring pages, and the date and time of a request. Google Analytics also collects usage information as described below.
How We Use Information
Information may be used to operate and improve Work The Numbers, review possible data corrections, diagnose technical problems, consider feature suggestions, respond when appropriate, and protect the site and its visitors from misuse.
Providing feedback does not guarantee a personal response.
Analytics, Cookies, and Browser Storage
Work The Numbers uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site and where the experience can be improved. Google Analytics may receive page-view information and limited interaction events, such as opening a historical record, using an explorer, changing an analytical view, or following supporting evidence, together with browser, device, network, and approximate-location information. These events use broad page and feature categories; they do not include feedback messages or complete combinations entered into the Historical Combination Explorer. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers for measurement.

Some parts of the site use browser storage to remember display preferences or number sets you deliberately save. Browser Saved Sets remain on your device and are not silently uploaded. If you explicitly enter a participation feature, Work The Numbers may create a private anonymous participant identifier in a secure browser cookie so your activity can remain connected across visits. Number sets are stored on the server only when you deliberately add them to participation, and predictions are stored separately for their selected drawing. Submitted predictions become immutable at the disclosed cutoff before that drawing. These records are private by default; the identifier is not a public account or profile.
Service Providers and Information Sharing
Information may be processed by providers that support website hosting and delivery, analytics, feedback or email delivery, advertising when enabled, and security or abuse prevention. Their handling of information is governed by their service terms and privacy practices.
Work The Numbers does not sell personal information for money. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to operate or protect the site, provide an enabled service, prevent abuse, comply with applicable law or a valid legal request, or protect rights, safety, and security.
Advertising
Work The Numbers does not currently display third-party advertising. Advertising may be introduced later through Google AdSense or another advertising partner. The practices described in this section will apply when those services are enabled.
Google and other third-party advertising vendors may use cookies, web beacons, device identifiers, IP addresses, or similar technologies to deliver ads, limit how often an ad appears, measure advertising performance, detect fraud and abuse, secure their services, and personalize advertising where permitted.
Depending on consent, location, age signals, and applicable law, visitors may receive personalized, non-personalized, or limited ads. Google and participating advertising partners may receive information when an ad is displayed, viewed, or interacted with.
Visitors may be shown consent or privacy-choice controls before or while advertising services operate. A choice should be made through the controls provided; continued browsing alone is not treated as consent.
Google explains how it receives and uses information in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. Visitors can manage Google advertising preferences through My Ad Center and use any applicable consent, opt-out, or privacy-choice controls presented on the site.
Data Retention
Feedback submissions may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to review the submission, address the issue, maintain relevant records, or protect the site. Work The Numbers does not currently promise a fixed retention period for feedback submissions.
Anonymous participation credentials and their private participation history use a rolling 400-day retention period. Activity may renew that period so history can be restored on the same browser or attached to a verified identity at your direction. Verified identities do not expire automatically.
When an anonymous identity expires or participation is deleted at your request, Work The Numbers removes its credentials, predictions, and server-side number sets. Evaluation records may retain deidentified match counts and canonical drawing references for aggregate integrity, but the player association and submitted number snapshot are removed. Deleted identities cannot be resumed or exported.
Unconfirmed alert requests are removed after their confirmation window and a limited grace period. Unsubscribing immediately stops monitoring and removes active preferences. Old unsubscribed alert addresses and access tokens are pseudonymized after 400 days; limited non-identifying delivery facts may remain for duplicate prevention and service diagnostics.
Other providers may retain technical or usage information according to their own policies and service requirements.
Player alert information
If you subscribe to player alerts, Work The Numbers stores your email address, alert preferences, confirmation status, and delivery records. Saved number sets remain in your browser unless you explicitly select a set to monitor. Alert information is used only to provide and operate the alerts you request.
Every alert includes a private link to pause or unsubscribe. Unsubscribing stops future alerts; limited delivery records may be retained to honor the request, prevent duplicate sends, and diagnose failures.
Your Choices and Privacy Requests
- You may submit feedback without providing an email address.
- You may manage or block cookies and clear site data through your browser settings. Blocking participation storage may prevent anonymous activity from remaining connected across visits.
- You may use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- When advertising is enabled, you may use any consent or privacy-choice control presented on the site and manage Google ad personalization through My Ad Center.
- You may request access to or deletion of feedback, alert, or private participation information associated with you. Deletion applies across identities that you previously directed Work The Numbers to merge.
US state privacy choices
Residents of some US states may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, or the use of personal information for targeted advertising, and may have a right to appeal a response. When relevant advertising choices are available, they may be offered through an on-site privacy control. You may also contact Work The Numbers to make a request. These rights and available exceptions vary by state.
For a privacy or deletion request, use the feedback form, choose “General feedback,” and explain that the message concerns privacy. Include enough non-sensitive detail to help locate the earlier submission and confirm that the request relates to you.

Work The Numbers links to official lottery sources and other third-party websites. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not apply after you leave Work The Numbers.
Children’s Privacy
Work The Numbers is intended for a general audience and is not directed specifically to children. The site does not knowingly seek personal information from children through its feedback tools.
A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted personal information may use the feedback form to request its deletion.
Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated when the site’s practices or service providers change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated date.
